We're promoting community support and retention of high-quality educators in Tulsa Public Schools, in an effort to develop a strong, stable teacher workforce.

Why do we do it?

The quality of our public education affects everyone. What's at stake is not only the well-being of our youth, but also their families, the business community, the economy, and Tulsa's reputation.

Emergency Teaching Certificates in Tulsa Public Schools was the highest in the state in 2018-2019.

The starting salary of teachers in Fort Worth is $14,000 greater than that of Tulsa Public School Teachers.

Tulsa Public School teachers have to teach 18 years to earn Tulsa's living wage for 1 adult + 1 child ($48,723).

If every adult in the City of Tulsa gives

2 cents/day we can provide a

$2,000 gift check to each TPS teacher with financial hardship.
